Stairway of Gradation (2002)

I created this piece with an awareness of colors that change gradually in stages, so I named it “Gradation.” Looking at it now, I feel that the colors are truly beautiful. At first I was considering making it circular, but in the end I’ve come to really like this shape as well. The way the light passes through it is also very beautiful.
