Curiosity Record Sheet(2022)

I made this notebook because my child often says they want to watch YouTube or look something up, and I thought it would be interesting to keep a record of those moments — what they searched for, what they watched, and our comments about it — so that someday we can look back and see how their interests have changed over time.

I’m sharing the template here for anyone who wants to use or modify it freely.

What amazes me about children is how their curiosity seems to rise up naturally from within them. They discover, wonder, and become fascinated — all on their own. That simple fact feels deeply inspiring.
