Condo DIY Journal — From Studio Space to a New Use

I had been using one of the fourth-floor rooms as a temporary studio and workspace until the other rooms settled into their roles. But since I wasn’t using it every day, I eventually realized that it would be far better for someone else to make good use of the space. I wasn’t sure how to look for a tenant, so I decided to send a message — almost on a whim — to Kobe R-Real Estate through Facebook. To my surprise, a staff member came to visit and wrote a wonderfully stylish feature article about the room.
After that, several unique and interesting people came to view the space, and before long it found new life as a yomogi-steam (herbal steam) esthetic salon. Thanks to that transition, I can finally start focusing more seriously on the rooftop garden project.
