Automatic Watering System for Balcony Plants Using an Arduino-Compatible Board

After previously running into an issue where connecting an Arduino to my iMac caused the computer to shut down, someone on Twitter kindly pointed out that it was due to a driver problem. I followed an online guide on fixing the CH340 USB driver issue on macOS, and once it was resolved, I continued working on this automatic watering system project.

The system runs smoothly now, even without being affected by pump noise, and it successfully delivers water to the plants. If I can refine the power supply and installation setup, I may be able to deploy it in the garden as well — bringing me one step closer to my own “lazy Nagata-style farming” approach.
