Dish Cabinet Made from 1×10 SPF Boards

A few years ago I built a wooden dish shelf behind the kitchen, complete with options for hanging trays, steamers, and wine glasses. Since then, our collection of tableware — especially folk crafts — has grown far more than I expected, so I decided to extend the shelving and add a new section in the back-left corner.
I originally wanted to use the same wood as before because it was inexpensive and had a texture I really liked, but when I went to Royal Home Center, the same material was no longer available. The closest option was 1×10 pine boards, so I bought three of them, along with an extra support bar just in case. Altogether it came to around 5,000 yen — a bit pricier than last time.
The vertical boards were finished with beeswax polish, while the shelf boards were stained for color. The result blends nicely with the existing shelf, and the extra space now lets the growing collection breathe a little more.
